KHG Development developed the 80 room hotel Express by Holiday Inn City Centre Prague from 2004 to spring 2005 and already in its first year it took the top position and as top performer of the average room occupancy and the Gross Operating Profit on the 3-star hotel market in Prague.

The KHG Development in cooperation with Raiffeisen Evolution developed the 176 room 3-star hotel Express by Holiday Inn Hotel Bratislava in Slovak Republic which opened its doors in spring 2009.

The KHG Development in cooperation with Manghi Group developed the 47 room 4-star Boutique Hotel Caruso (Bellagio) which opened its doors in June 2003.
